You will receive a track and trace code as soon as we send your order for delivery. With this code you will be able to follow your order.
Once you have placed your order it will take approximately 3 business days until you receive the order. Due to the coronavirus circumstances the delivery time can increase.
Return the order with the return form filled in. As soon as we receive the order back we will refund your payment including delivery costs. Please send us an email so that we can cover the return costs. You can place a new order on the site if you still want the item.
You have the option to return your order within 14 days after you have placed the order. Make sure that the items meet the return conditions.

Processing the return will take approximately 14 business days. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 business days to your account.
The order must be returned within 14 days after placing the order. The to be returned items must be undamaged, unworn and delivered in the original packaging with the attached labels. If the returned items do not match the original conditions we can not accept the return. The costs and risks of the return are for the customer.
